I love it when the voters (writers) get it right. Let’s hope they do so again today and give the Cy Young to Joshua Patrick.
Mike Lowell and the rest of our free agents are on the open market. This makes me too sad to even write about.
I know Mikey is deserving of a good contract and I also know the Red Sox are being smart. I still hold out hope they can meet in the middle…but it’s a dwindling hope.

Wednesday’s fundraising dinner featured in-kind catering by Carrabba’s, a silent auction, and entertainment by Boston Red Sox pitcher Bronson Arroyo. The event raised some $12,000 that will also be divided among the charities.
He’s been with the Reds for two years and some still consider him a Red Sox pitcher. Hee!
