Well, EVERYONE involved in this pretty much stinks. Selig AND Comcast. After a round of emails where the Comcast rep averted actually answering my questions, I received this:

Sure they appreciate my business. Not enough to explain to me why they won’t offer a service their customers want, but just enough to try and market me ‘free’ benefits.
As I’ve mentioned, I don’t sleep an awful lot. I’ll have plenty of time before March 31st to continue writing to them.
