What I DON’T know about College Basketball could fill another blog. Back in the day, I followed it pretty closely, but that day is long gone. Still, I agreed to be part of a March Madness competition in my office (thanks to the wonders of CBS Sportsline). I haven’t made out my bracket yet. I guess I’ll probably do it just before the deadline tomorrow. Out of ten possible competitors, five of us have already signed up. I expect to get my hat handed to me early on – I’m watching “The Colbert Report” right now and am considering using his tips for choosing teams (Including,
“The difference between Texas A&M and Texas A&M Corpus Christi is that Texas A&M will make it to the Final Four and Texas A&M Corpus Christi won’t!”.
Thanks Stephen!)
I’d love to say that this fills the void of no ‘real’ baseball at this time of year. It doesn’t. But it’ll be fun to compete with my co-workers and indulge myself in some trash-talking while I’m at it.
Go….aw, hell, I don’t know…Kansas?
