And as such, I’m still at work at 6:51pm, finishing up some things. Which means I’m going to miss a chunk of the game.
Which, given “he who hates me” is pitching, might not be such a bad thing. Jon Lester, I’m begging you, pick up the pace, dude. I could get home at 9pm and it would probably be the third inning.
So if Kyle has accepted his assignment, what does that mean in terms of when he joins the PawSox? I have fallen into tickets for Saturday’s game and will probably be going. It would be cool if he was there. Of course, I dig going to McCoy anyway, but he’d definitely be a nice bonus.
The Boston media annoys me yet again with the little coverage Kyle accepting the assignment is getting. Amalie Benjamin, hello??? It isn’t worth a note in one of your ‘blogs’? Thanks to Rob Bradford or Sox fans wouldn’t get ANY of the good info.
Lester (God help us) v Westbrook tonight at 7:05 folks. And keep an eye out for a possible Jed Lowrie sighting (and if not, he gets the call to start his first game in the bigs tomorrow).
