So it hadn’t occurred to me that there are people who don’t get TBS. Not until I received a few emails today in regard to tonight’s Yanks/Indians game.
See, I’m a cable junkie. Give me the choice between paying my cell phone bill and paying my cable bill… the cable bill wins every time. So when people tell me they don’t have cable (and as I type this I realize that at least two people I work with DON’T have cable television) I’m always taken aback. (Yes, I understand that television isn’t as ‘important’ to some as it is to others…I still maintain that it’s rather inexpensive entertainment that keeps me company on those nights I can’t sleep. So I’m a big fan.)
So I’ve decided to live-blog the game tonight. It’ll be my first TBS live-blog and my first live-blog in quite a while, so why not? 🙂
Let’s do it for Joe Torre’s job, Cleveland!
